Getting Ready for Summer on the Cape — 2013

We finished up the Vail Ski Season with 5’ of snow in the past week; celebratory picnics everywhere on the mountain and off. We made a quick visit to Casa Blanca www.beachhousecasablanca.com for beach time and visits to the markets & fabulous restaurants for menu thoughts… hoping for a Cinco de Mayo opening in the Bistro… but look at least for some Latin influence on the menus.

We look forward to a Sunny & Wonderful Summer, and to welcoming back our old friends!!!
